1. How long does delivery take?
- Delivery takes around 5 to 12 business days after dispatch.
2. Where are the products shipped from?
- Most pieces ship from Europe and Asia, with global coverage.
3. When do I get tracking?
- Orders are fulfilled in 2 to 7 business days. You’ll receive tracking via email once your item is shipped.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept Credit Cards, Klarna, PayPal, and more. Local methods like iDeal and Bancontact are also supported.
5. Can I return something?
- You can request a return within 15 days only if the mistake was ours. We do not offer returns for sizing/color mistakes caused by the customer.
6. Only one item arrived. Is that normal?
- Yes. Items may be shipped separately to ensure faster and safer delivery.
7. What if my package is stuck?
- If your order doesn’t arrive in 120 business days, we will refund 100% of the value.
8. Why can't I see tracking updates?
